ERICA FREEMAN
MEDIA MANAGER

Erica got her first taste of media while doing work experience at the ABC, and she’s loved it ever since. From there, she went on to complete a Bachelor of Communication in advertising and marketing at the University of Canberra, and worked in event management before arriving at ZOO in 2009.

As ZOO’s media manager, Erica uses her experience and savvy to liaise with local and national media representatives when planning the media buy for our many advertising campaigns. Erica starts from a basis of sound media strategy, and she’s the first place to look when determining the best way to get your message across to the widest and most relevant audience.

Erica loves to talk, and not just in English – she can hold a conversation (about media, or anything else) in Spanish and Japanese. She loves adventure sports and travel, and is continuing her education by completing her Masters in advertising and marketing at UC.
