Judging by the feedback we get from our clients, Lori is one of ZOO’s favourite account managers. Having moved here from the US just a few years ago, she’s built up a great network of relationships – at work, in her personal life, and often both at the same time.

Lori has both a Bachelor of Business Finance and a Masters in Business Administration – a thorough preparation for an exciting career. After getting a grounding in customer relationship management at Capital Star Mercedes Benz, Lori joined the ZOO team, working with ClubsACT, LIVEin, the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, the Attorney Generals Department, and the Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs.

Lori’s work involves tight deadlines, and she always delivers on time – and with a smile.

As well as loving dance, Lori’s a bit of social butterfly, with a habit of popping up in the social pages – so the next time you’re reading the Canberra Weekly or at a function, keep an eye out for her.
