Uncovering consumer insights and unexpected strategic gems is what really makes Sarah tick. As ZOO’s strategist, she works round the clock to lay the vital groundwork and overall direction for all ZOO’s advertising campaigns and branding projects.

Sarah joined ZOO in 2003 having completed a Bachelor of Communications, Advertising and Marketing from the University of Canberra. Working with ZOO’s client management and creative teams, she gathers and interprets the consumer research that informs our strategic approach. Sarah’s strong eye for detail and passion for discovery help her to find out what makes your audience tick, and go on to develop comprehensive and relevant communication plans.

When she’s not coming up with fresh strategic directions, Sarah has a real passion for the water. As well as surfing, she captains ZOO’s dragon boating team and has just learnt to scuba dive - though we’ll resist the urge to make a pun about getting 'deeper' insights as a result.
